The first signs of aging begin to appear in the face area. Deformations occur on the face due to aging, as well as different factors such as sunlight and diseases lead to deformation.
• Rest with your head elevated in the first few days after the surgery.
• Take pain medication as recommended by our doctors.
• Apply cool packs to the face to ease pain and reduce swelling.
• You need to wear a special garment that compresses your face and neck and helps reduce swelling. The neck-compression garment is usually needed for five to seven days after lifting surgery.
• Follow wound care instructions as directed by our surgeon.
• Do not pick at crusting scabs that develop on your wound.
• Follow instructions on when you can begin using shampoo and soaps and what kinds you can use.
• Wear clothes that fasten in the front (rather than clothes that are pulled over the head).
• Avoid excessive pressure or motion on and around the incisions.
• Avoid using makeup.
• Avoid vigorous or aerobic activity or sports.
• Avoid direct sun exposure to the incision for three weeks and use a sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher thereafter.
• Avoid coloring, bleaching or perming hair for at least six weeks.

Eyelid surgery works to restore a more open, refreshed, and naturally youthful appearance to eyes. An eyelid lift is a procedure that can address sagging skin, wrinkles, reduce puffiness, and correct other signs of aging around the upper and lower eyelids. Aging and drooping eyelids can affect a person’s appearance in ways beyond just looking older—because we express so much emotions with our eyes; sagging, drooping eyelid skin can cause a tired, sad or even angry appearance, even when a person feels great.
• During the first 1 to 2 weeks after eyelid surgery, patients commonly have bruising and swelling, and the eyelids may feel unusually tight. However, most patients report feeling more soreness than pain. You can use cold compresses and keep your head elevated while sleeping. This can help alleviate discomfort.
• Expect your eyes to get tired more quickly than usual for the first few weeks, and it’s important to let them rest as required.
• You must protect your eyes from the sun and wind. Wear dark sun glasses.
• You will have to avoid lifting, straining, and bending down to pick things up for up to 4 weeks after eyelid surgery. This can be an inconvenient restriction.
• Be sure to follow all instructions given by your doctor after the procedure.
Otoplasty, also known as aesthetic ear surgery, is a procedure to change the shape, position or size of the ears. Otoplasty can be done at any age— usually after age 5 — through adulthood. Otoplasty is typically done on both ears to optimize symmetry. Otoplasty can be done in a hospital or an outpatient surgical facility. The procedure is generally done with sedation and local anesthesia. In other cases, general anesthesia is given before the procedure.
• After otoplasty, your ears will be covered in bandages for protection and support.
• You'll likely feel some discomfort and itching. Take pain killers as recommended by our doctor.
• To keep pressure off your ears, avoid sleeping on your side. Also try not to rub or place excessive force on the incisions. Consider wearing button-down shirts or shirts with loosefitting collars.
• A few days after otoplasty, your doctor will remove your bandages. Your ears will likely be swollen and red. You'll need to wear a loose headband that covers your ears at night for two to six weeks. This will help keep you from pulling your ears forward when rolling over in bed.
• Be sure to follow all instructions given by your doctor after the procedure.
